你個肚腩究竟係啲乜嘢? 佢個名叫腹腔脂肪。腹腔脂肪 (內臟脂肪) 是人體脂肪中的一種,與皮下脂肪(也就是我們平時所了解的身體上可以摸得到的"肥肉") 不同。它圍繞著人的臟器,主要存在於腹腔內。內臟脂肪對我們的健康意義重大。一定量的內臟脂肪其實是人體必需的,因為內臟脂肪圍繞著人的臟器,對人的內臟起著支撐、穩定和保護的作用。但是。。。。。。。。。。。。。內臟脂肪過多是身體代謝紊亂的表現,長期內臟脂肪會導致高血脂、心腦血管疾病、身體器官機能下降等併發症。現代社會很多內臟脂肪多的人表面看起來可能是體型肥胖,但也很有可能是體型偏瘦,特別是上班族和中老年,很多都需要減內臟脂肪。科研發現,內臟脂肪和皮下脂肪存在並發的關係,內臟脂肪很容易引發皮下脂肪增多。 這就是為什麼很多肥胖人群通過減肥藥劑等多種形式進行減肥,最後很容易反彈的根本原因,內臟脂肪不減,只減皮下脂肪相當於治標不治本,也是不健康的減肥方式。 降低體脂肪方法:1.運動消耗脂肪方法,一般長時間無氧運動效果最佳。2.減少攝入熱量,自然消耗體脂肪方法,一般是節食,節食方法需要堅持較長時間,對身體和意志力都是考驗。但節食是對身體最差的減肥方法,既無法攝取人體該有的營養,又讓身體慢慢變壞,導致身體缺乏水分,皮膚粗糙,甚至掉髮等等。而且節食的後果非常可怕,人無法一輩子都不吃或吃那麼少,所以一旦恢復正常飲食後,體重、體態以及脂肪會比節食減肥還胖,稱為溜溜球效應。 總括來說, 想內臟脂肪消失的話,飲食均衡, 恆常運動, 改革自己的生活模式才是根本 達致健康的方式。資料來源: https://www.itsfun.com.tw/內臟脂肪/wiki-2606476https://zh.m.wikipedia.org/zh-hk/體脂肪率
